An advocate who loves what she does to help increase the quality of life for others, over the past 20 years, Kathy E. Pointer has immersed herself in identifying and delivering services to at-risk, high-risk, underserved and underprivileged populations. Realizing the need for collaboration for greatest impact, she looks for opportunities to connect with others to do what she cannot do alone. She is Executive Director of the Kingdom Care Senior Village and Director for Youth Now! whose motto is “Strengthening Academics, Building Character, and Developing Leaders”. In addition, she is Owner and CEO of K E Pointer Enterprises LLC and CBE Partners LLC, providing a number of consulting services to corporate and small businesses, non-profits as well as federal, state and local governments. Ms. Pointer has more than thirty years of operations management, fiscal management, project management, contract management, logistics management and administrative management experience. She is also Board Vice-Chair, Center for Public Justice (CPJ) and serves in other capacities on various boards and advisory councils.
