Kenyatta Smith is a cultural architect, community organizer, and movement builder. She led education efforts for DC’s Initiative 83, helping pass ranked choice voting and semi-open primaries. She now serves as Engagement & Outreach Director for Grow Democracy DC Civic Education Fund and consults with FairVote to empower DC voters and Black and Brown communities nationwide.
